In early June, we (expired-listings-god Borino and I) held a teleseminar in the SWS Virtual Studio about Soulfully Prospecting to Expired Listings. We have been out of town and came home to no water yesterday, thanks to a broken water main down the road, so I am excited about anything I can do that does not require a shower  -- especially since the water company doesn't know when we will have water again!  Looking forward to this.

I plan on attending I come across hundreds of expireds and never really knew how to address the client looking forward to the call.

If you are in the corner and have got no cash to move out from that, you will need to take the business loans. Just because it would aid you emphatically. I get term loan every time I need and feel good because of it.
